I'm not one of the pretty, skinny girls--I've never been. For as long as I can remember, my weight has deferred my dreams but no longer will I allow it. Starting now, I'm going to get skinny. I'm going to be pretty. My thighs won't touch when I put my feet together. I'll run as much as I want without getting tired. My stomach won't cover my feet.

But I'm going to need some help. That's where you come in.
